Before becoming a real estate broker, I founded Elephant in the Room Interior Design in 2015- an award-winning home staging business that evolved into an interior design firm that serves investors and commercial clients.
That expertise is integrated directly into my listing strategy. Every property I represent receives a form of staging guidance — whether through consultation, occupied staging, virtual or vacant staging — applied where it meaningfully impacts outcome.

Investor Perspective
Real estate investing is how my career began. Our family investment business was established in 2000. This allowed me to gain hands-on experience through renovations, long-term holds, and full market cycles, including the Great Recession.
Today, I’m a partner in Happy Homes, our family firm focused on strategic growth across multiple properties. That lived experience continues to shape how I evaluate opportunities and advise investors.
To strengthen that foundation, I hold professional certifications in Real Estate Development and Real Estate Investment & Finance through Cornell University – SC Johnson College of Business.
